Avec Pleasure is offering a VIP Sculpture Tour to Auckland, New Zealand later in 2020. Special inclusion: A day visit to the world class, private sculpture park, GIBBS Farm.
We fly over as a group to Auckland and enjoy a relaxed dinner together on our first night in Auckland and this also allows time for the group to get to know each other.
The very next day we will travel out of Auckland together where we will enjoy a personal tour of GIBBS Farm by Director of Avec Pleasure Art Tours, Anne McGravie-Wright. This extraordinary, privately owned sculpture park, is truly inspiring and expansive in size. We have therefore, allocated most of the day to take this in at our leisure and allow for personal reflection and photography time. A picnic lunch will be provided for this excursion and there will be ample time to discuss what we have experienced on the way back to Auckland.
On the following two days, there are several options of interesting contemporary sculpture venues in & around Auckland; as well as artists studios to visit – We will incorporate a ferry ride out to visit the beautiful Waiheke island and (weather permitting) walk some of the breathtaking coastal sculpture trails.
